Dear SusieCakes Management, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. I was informed during my visit that SusieCakes does not accept cash payments. As a result, I had to drive to my bank to deposit a $20 bill before returning to complete my purchase. Having to leave and return just to make a payment was highly inconvenient. Due to this poor customer service experience, I am rating my visit two stars. I hope you will consider making payment policies clearer for customers in the future.

I'm so sad I really wanted to like this and I did not I got a chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and a vanilla cupcake I guess with strawberry frosting I ordered strawberry I was assuming it was going to taste like strawberry it did not it was a vanilla cupcake that was very old and crumbling apart the frosting did not taste like strawberry it actually tasted rancid and I had to spit it out the chocolate cupcake the cupcake was okay it definitely wasn't made today I could tell by the top of the cupcake it was very dry and the inside was all right it wasn't any better than a box store cake mix and the chocolate frosting was way too I don't know the original word that came out of my mouth was decadent but it's very Hershey's flavored and way overpowering in the chocolate Department which I don't know how someone can say that but I'm saying it all in all the chocolate cupcake was okay maybe it would be better with a different frosting the strawberry cupcake stay away from it obviously people don't order it enough because it's old and honestly tasted rancid I'm glad I didn't take a bite and I used the fork so not too much of it was in my mouth except for unfortunately I made the

I gave SusieCakes a 3 because the slice I picked which was marble with cream did not taste that fresh and it’s a lot more frosting than cake. The cake is not a soft fresh bite it’s more like it’s been sitting there for awhile and it’s not going to last more than that day if you keep it in a box and out for long. The service was nice. The atmosphere is nice and simple. The cakes are designed to be more simple and not too fancy. The cookies did not look appealing but they might be good.

First time ever going into a Susie cakes and the vibes are immaculate. Love the vintage feel and the simple but classy cake decoration. My friend got the red velvet cupcake and I got the chocolate mint cupcake. Both were extremely rich and had that high quality frosting 🤌🏼 they packaged the cupcakes in a convenient little box. very demure, very respectful.
